Does anyone else have idiopathic hypersomnia and a mega cisterna magna? Do you think it's related?

Idiopathic hypersomnia is like narcolepsy, but doesn't meet the criteria to be diagnosed as such. I have extreme daytime sleepiness everyday. If I get a good nap, I'm better for a few hours. Sometimes, I'll have sleep paralysis during waking up. It's scary because I can see my room, but I can't move and am dreaming/trying to wake up, trying to move or talk to wake my partner. I fell 3 months ago and got staples in my head. I had a concussion with dizziness that would not pass so the hospital did a CT scan. No bleeding or bruising on my brain, but they accidentally discovered a mega cisterna magna, which is a cyst on the brain in the hypothalamus region. The hypothalamus controls the sleep/wake cycle. Could the sleepiness be related to the MCM?
